My recent experience at Faulkner Honda was fantastic! Just purchased a new Honda Odyssey...this will be the 3rd Odyssey I've either bought or leased. They are a perfect fit for my family. Shana was awesome, walked me through everything, helped me evaluate lease versus buy scenarios to help me arrive at the best fit for us. Great people and fantastic service . Battery went dead ,took it in replaced , with a new one due to defect . At the same time I noticed my vehicle was due for an oil change . I asked if they could do that also and they did .
I have had a wonderful experience dealing with Faulkner Hinda. Purchased a 2017 crv back in October, have been really pleased with my purchase. I have had 2 issues and they were taken care of immediately. Employees at the sales department along with the service department are very pleasant. I love the free car washes that comes along with the purchase of my car. I previously purchased a car at Faulkner Hyundai about 5 years ago and was more than dissatisfied with them in all aspects. The Faulkner Honda Staff are one of the nicest, trustworthy, and most reasonable people you could ever meet at any car dealership or anywhere. They are friendly and honest providing a home-like enviroment and I can’t say I could be any happier with my experience there! My husband decided I needed new tires immediately because the old ones couldn't safely handle snow. Your service team was awesome. They made arrangements for same-day service and 3 hours after my first phone call I drove out with 4 new tires and a state inspection. Yea, Faulkner!
At this time I am very disappointed in my purchase on December 29, 2017. We worked with Adam via texting and I chose to text so that I had everything in writing. When we arrived at the dealership 15 min early Adam was not there and we waited for him to arrive. When he did get there he was also meeting with another prospective buyer, we were fit in between and then told that we needed to wait in line for the title transfer. Great Staff and outstanding customer experience. Truly is a family.
My CRV wouldn't start the other week had a neighbor jump my car. Thought fluke thing, lights, door not shut etc. About a week later wouldn't start again called Faulkner, tell them we couldn't get car to turnover this time and battery should still be good. They came to pick it up, called that afternoon saying it was alternator problem, no alternator in the area so they gave me a loaner car for the weekend. Everyone is always very helpful and professional.
