worst experience I've ever had buying a car. Unbelievable sale gimmick when you sit down to what you think is a simple transfer of titles. the buying of the car was a pleasure but when they get you to the table and you no longer are with the salesman you better hold on to your seat! I save $300.00 over all but will not go back for less then $1,000.00 next time

Growing up my neighbor had a Honda civic that went 280,000+ miles before ever needing any major engine repairs. Took my 2015 Accord in for routine service. Great job. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. I was impressed how they called me the next day to see if I was satisfied and/or had any questions. Hopefully have many more miles left. Will return for next vehicle.
We are new to Faulkner Honda and couldn't be more impressed. It's easy to schedule service and the waiting room is comfortable. Everyone we have had contact with have been friendly and professional.

Just as I neared my destination (100 miles from home) the engine light started flashing. I called Faulkner, and they took me right in. Turns out it was a major problem with the piston rings and could cost upwards of $3000.00. The good news was it was covered under a special warranty. They gave me a loner car and within two days, it was fixed. Having car trouble away from home is always stressful since you are forced into dealing with unknown service departments. I’ve been dealing with the Faulkner Organization since 2000. Since then my immediate family has purchased 11 vehicles from them. I can’t say enough great things about them. Every deal has been stress free. I live in Philadelphia and on separate occasions Terry has had delivered 3 new Hondas to my front door. The prices on the most recent one was over $100 a month less than a local dealer quoted me. I look forward purchasing my next vehicle from Faulkner.
