I am editing my previous review and adding the following: As a follow up to my initial review, I was contacted by Full Auto Touch Up from Newville on 2/21/18. He came to me at work on 2/26/18 and stated that the “touch up” work that needed done was more than he was told needed done. He sent a picture to Sam that same day and spoke to him on the phone. I just had taken my 08 Accord into them to have the airbags replaced due to the recall. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They also did a courtesy check and washed my baby for free!
I bought my 2017 Civic from Nader about a year ago. He text me to congratulate me on my one year anniversary. Most salesmen just want the sale and then you're forgotten. NOT THIS GUY!!! Thank you Nader for being awesome and keeping your customers in your thoughts even a year after the sale.
