Recently the passenger air bag on my 2010 Honda Accord was replaced because of the Nat'l recall. They replaced it and also did additional maintenance on my vehicle. I got my car back exactly when it was promised. My vehicle was clean and all of the work was completed on time. Great job!
Jim Collins from Faulkner Honda is really helpful and friendly guy. We requested them to trade in our old Mazda 3 before buying the new Honda CR-V. With the help of Jim and his boss all the process completed in no time and we closed the deal with a big smile on our face. Only one concern was the insurance guy, he was slow and not so prompt with his work, it can be improved. Our overall experience was quite good and would love to trade with them in future!
Needed an emergency battery replacement. Took me right in with no appointment and I was done in less than 1 hr. Great experience!!!
