I purchased a 2018 Accord Sport 2.0T at Faulkner on April 14th. Courteous and professional staff greet you upon entering the dealership. It was a smooth transaction and they gave me a great price! Sales Manager John and my salesman George were very great to work with!
I have been a customer of Honda Service since 2008. The service is awesome. My advisor has been Chris for the past year and he goes beyond the call of service to the customer. I have never had any issues that weren't resolved by him. I would recommend this service center 100%
The people in the service department at Faulkner Honda are the best, specifically Terrance, who checked me in and kept me informed as to what was happening. Also Erik who got me an amazing loaner so I could still get done what I needed to do. I had only just met them but I left feeling like they were friends! Great job, guys. You deserve a raise!!!
We recently returned to Faulkner Honda to have our new car serviced and were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the visit and comfort of the waiting area.
I had service done on my car last week. They were all very nice and were very thorough with my 2015 civic. I'm not originally from Harrisburg so I don't know many mechanics in the area. I took my car there last year as well! They have definitely gained my trust. I know my cars safe in their hands.

Service manager, Bob, also displayed understanding with a recent service issue not covered by warranty but did what he could do to satisfy me as a customer.
