I’ve purchased my last 2 vehicles from AutoNation Honda and I’ve never had a problem with the employees at the dealership. They always go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of.

Go elsewhere for service. I have a warranty paint issue. I brought it on on October 12th for them to take pictures and despite weekly calls to follow up, still not resolved. The “only” person who can help me, Bob, is never available, sick, on vacation, etc. and apparently doesn’t return phone calls when and if they are ever in the office. Nothing but the run around.

I saw a car online. Inquired and set up an appointment to see the specific car. Did a follow up call before driving over a hour to the dealership, I was told the car was still available. When we arrived, I was then told the car was sold 3 days ago....Why wasn’t I told this before coming? So, the manager comes and apologized and told me they had something comparable and would come close to the other cars price. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Marcus Palmer was the most disrespectful and arrogant person to deal with and he wasn’t even the sales associate. While trying to buy a brand new car, he rudely tells us to “get up and leave” as well as “step up and buy the car” terrible customer service south pointe Honda, maybe step up the customer service and customers will step up and buy the car.

East Coast Honda made my buying experience super easy and I couldn’t have asked to work with a better team. I was able to trade in my vehicle and buy a new one without an issue. Ron was able to answer all my questions and guide me through the process. I would recommend East Coast to anyone looking for great service and a great experience all around!
