I always have a great experience when getting my car serviced at Faulkner Honda. My service rep is Doug Smith and he goes out of his way to treat people right and to give great customer service. He actually makes you feel good after getting your car serviced there. The entire staff all the way from when you pull your car into the service garage to the checkout girl are terrific. I can’t say enough about this place when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Bought my first brand new car from here and have my vehicle serviced here exclusively. Just recently bought another car here and the staff are still 100% excellent in every way. They explained every single feature of my new car, out the warranty service worked, and what amenities that I receive with the car all while genuinely caring that I am getting the best bang for my buck. Excellent dealership and would recommend anyone looking for a new car to come here and let them take care of you.
Oh my geez! My experience here was the best - friendly - I didn't feel pressured and they didn't throw around a ton of numbers at me. I'm so happy with my experience I'm gonna tell y'all a story! We visited one dealer before who came out with a giant gold and diamond encrusted watch who kept showing us cars way out of our price range and wouldn't didn't even show us the Fit we we're interested in - we had to go back and look at it ourselves and it was priced $1k over what they were asking for online!
