ALWAYS ASK FOR THE CARFAX!!! So, we bought a brand new (less than 20 miles) CRV at Team Honda in 2018. The buying process was easy and we thought that we had made a great purchase. At the end of 2020, we traded it in for a larger vehicle at a different dealership. When getting the trade in value, we were shown the carfax for our Honda. The process for service is streamlined. The service writer meets with you at your vehicle, logs the mileage, verifies the VIN, confirms your appt., and work that is to be done. You are then taken to the service counter and counseled on work that is suggested for the mileage of your vehicle and then you are led to the waiting area. They are friendly, answered all my questions and I wasn’t there half the day for an oil change, and fluid exchanges/flushes. Thank you!

Their service department, acted very responcibly , when I brought my Civic type R in to fix the brakes finding only a small pebble lodged in the brakes. The service writer called me back to pickup my car, smiling and handing me the offending pebble. It’s refreshing to know their service department actually had my back, in a situation they could have taken advantage of. Thanks guys
