Outstanding customer service, as Shana makes sure to get me the exact model/features/color I am looking for and meet our family’s needs. Great assistance from Michael in the business office to quickly and painlessly take care of the financing. The service staff is always personable and detailed.
I recently had my car serviced here. I worked with Doug who was great from the start. He was friendly, professional, honest, and easy to get in touch with. My car was serviced in a timely manner and I was given the option of using one of their loaner cars for the weekend at their expense, which I had declined. I recently took my Honda Civic to Faulkner Honda for a routine oil change. They noticed a problem around the seal to the oil that while minor and not involving an actual leak, was showing signs of oil leaking out from around the gasket very slowly. They notified me of the problem and indicated that it would be covered by my warranty. I was promptly scheduled and advised that I could have a loaner while my car was being serviced.
