Spent 2 hours for a tire rotation and balance and when I asked how much longer it would be I was asked if I had the key. I told her it was in the cup holder and realized that my car hadn’t even been looked at yet...after 2 hours. I asked her and she said they are just getting a chance to look at it. I got my keys and left. If you have an appt and they know it’s gonna take that long to get to your car then they should give you that information when you check in. Complete waste of my time.

RecommendedMichael Craig service adviser got the oil change done fast and prompt. Have been here before and have had to haggle on the overpriced charges each time. Oil change was $68 where as my old Honda dealer was $50. Did the job right but would price shop before using.
