First time ever at this dealership and had an awesome experience! Walked in without a car, left with 2018 Honda Accord Ex without spending my entire day there. I was in and out!
Just purchased a 2018 Honda Fit. I couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle or the personnel at Faulkner. From the sales representative to the gentleman manning the parts department everyone treated me like a valued customer. I can't imagine I'd want to buy a car from anyone else.
Well, I had an outstanding experience purchasing my (gorgeous) Civic Si. They were very patient with me as we tracked down all of the necessary documents, and were even kind enough to drive the vehicle to my house since I was not trading in my existing vehicle. Shout out to Paula who was an absolute pleasure to work with and very understanding as I worked through the nuances of making my first big "adult" purchase since graduating from medical school.
Today we just purchased a vehicle from Paula and The Honda team over at Faulkner. I can honestly say that I was totally satisfied with the quality of vehicle and my sales experience. Paula took care of all my questions, even after normal business hours on a Saturday and made me feel like I was their most important customer. Next time I need a car, I’ll definitely call Faulkner first.
