Paula was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She helped me a few years back get my first vehicle (my mom van). She made the process so easy. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into something. She even offered to get my family dinner since we didn’t anticipate getting a vehicle that day and being there that long. The other staff members were just as great. Rcvd a card in the mail saying Time for service. Checked the car and sure enough, time for inspection. Called for an appointment and was set up quickly. Took the CRV in and was told it would be about 2 hrs. 1.5 hrs later they said I was done. They explained everything that was done. The only thing negative was the car wash , but it was free. Very impressed with the service.
I recently have a 2018 Honda and Mrs. Amber help me with that and the team i feel welcome i defetnely recommend it.
I have been going to this service center for over 10years. In the past couple, this place has been horrible, will never buy from Faulkner because of it. They have now put the wrong oil filter in three times but have denied it up and down. When I went in for my inspection, they left the air filter casing wide open, estimated over $100 for spark plugs ($30 for all 4 and premium ones at that), and also stated my rear rotors were bad when they in fact were in good shape.
