I have recently gotten a 2018 Honda Civic LX, and spoke to both Shana AND Amber! Both have taken the time to make sure to find something that I was sure to love, and were dedicated in finding a way to make it happen. We have had exceptional experience at Faulkner Honda. We have had a few issues that they covered for us. We are told we are part of the Faulkner family. I would recommend Faulkner Honda to meet your car needs. Honda in general has been great. They are reliable and you can put a lot of miles on them and not have to think twice about it.

This is my third time with Faulkner. The first two times were with Faulkner Toyota. First time I purchased a new 2005 Rav4. The staff were courteous and helpful. When the Rav was rear ended and totaled, we went back to purchase a pre-owned 2005 Camry. The Camry was totaled and went back again to get my 2007 Subaru Outback. The gentlemen at the used car lot were very helpful, even going across the river to the Faulkner Honda dealer so I can look at this car. I will go back to Faulkner again if I ever need a vehicle.
My experience has been very positive. My salesman (Bob) was very accommodating. I believe my negotiations went well and they were very considerate of my needs. I believe it was a win/win for both of us. Eric, the finance manager was very friendly and had all my paperwork ready on agreed upon time. The car I bought made an excellent presentation due to the dealership preparation. So far everything is good.
I will give Lou a 5 star ratings for his customer service and friendly sales environment. I love my 2018 Honda CRV!
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our 2018 Honda Accord,with Amber and Faulkner Honda staff. They were very friendly and professional. My husband did some tough negotiations but we all got what we wanted. We have a beautiful new Accord and Faulkner has two satisfied customers. I highly recommend all Faulkner dealerships and Body Shop. They have been very helpful over the past three years and I am confident it will continue. Thank you for such a great experience!!!
