Had a 3:00 appt for my daughter to get her oil changed and a tire rotation. After 2 1/2 hrs, my daughter called and said that no one had updated her on what was taking so long. I called and had to tell 3 different people that the wait time was unexceptionable, and that the lack of communication was unprofessional. Definitely will not be going back! Sales personnel also kept coming into the waiting area, trying to push people into buying a new car, or trading in their used one.
