I bought my Honda CRV new from Faulkner in 2003. It is soon 15 years old with approximately 158,000 miles and has given me no problems. I take my Honda to Faulkner for service even though I can take it to Apple Honda in York where I live. Faulkner is hands down the best and worth the drive.
We had a wonderful experience this past weekend at Faulkner Honda. We now plan to buy all our vehicles with Faulkner. We live in York but traveled to Harrisburg as we found their prices much more competetive. Our salesman, Lou Pry, was a really sweet guy. We were given a more than fair price for our trade in vehicle.
The service here at this dealership is outstanding. I walked in on Saturday for an express service and it was a phenomenal first experience. I applaud the tech Steven for getting my car done within 30 mins. I’ll now be a regular since I’ve moved here from Hazleton Pa.

My experience at Faulkner Honda was a pleasant one. Jesse, the salesperson, was never pushy and made sure I had everything I needed before purchase. Shaun, the manager, I think, made sure that my car was ready for pick up when I was. I am satisfied w the service and respect I received at Faulkner.
