Very friendly staff and thorough. I will definitely continue to go there.
Took my car in for inspection and was told to have the fluids done would be one price. When I got there it was double. Refused to do anything for me. Very rude service team and employee at counter to check out. I have had numerous issues with Faulkner when getting my car worked on. But sadly if you work in Harrisburg it’s the only Honda dealership that has shuttle service for you.
Chris my repair advisor was awesome. There were a bunch of wires that were disconnected that cost a fortune. this really made me mad, and now my heater doesn't work and it did before. But overall it was a good experience.
Quick excellent and professional service. The sales, service and everyone in between always goes beyond what is expected. Great job and you got a customer for life here.
