I have been a loyal Honda owner for decades but I am so unhappy with my recent 2020 Honda Odyssey purchase and the customer service (or lack thereof) from the Honda 385 in Memphis, TN. Currently going above or outside of those at this location to get my recalls fixed, oil changed and maintenance light turned off, and the ENTIRE navigation screen and DVD player that has not worked in MONTHS (we came in with an appointment to have these things handled in September and left after 8 hours with nothing accomplished).
