Have had consistently good service. Like the no pressure and ability to make appointments. Have well appointed waiting rooms with great snacks. Nice experience

Had the BEST car.. 2008 Mazda 6 and unfortunately I killed it and had to search for a new car. Found a 2017 Mazda 6 online at Team Honda and went to look at it yesterday. Sawyer was very helpful and did a GREAT job showing me the car and helping me with the whole process. Thank you so much Sawyer and Brian!! Hoping my new car will be just as good or even better than my old one. RIP ZOOM ZOOM!!

Worst experience I've ever delt with, while shopping for a car. Salesman acted as if we'd bothered him by coming in. Dismissive and borderline rude. Went to look at a 4000$ used car they're advertising, he said it didnt run. He pulled out another car for 3600$ that clearly had mold all through the interior. He then said "if you buy used, you get What you pay for, I dont beat around the bush". We decided to just leave at that point. I expect better from such a "Big Name" car lot.

My wife took our Accord in for service and asked that the tire pressure monitors be checked as the light for the monitors had been on for a few months despite the air not being low. The car is still in the period of the free oil changes and we paid for an extended warranty. So one of the service guys calls my wife at work to inform her that the tire pressure monitor light is on because the car needs to have the brake fluid changed. This is Brian Wilson and I am the Service Director for Barbour Hendrick Honda, I believe this is a communication error and the brake fluid was not intended for the Tire Pressure warning light. The vehicle came in with a B17 code on the dash, The B1 is the oil change and tire rotation, the 7 however is an indicator that the vehicle is 3 years old and the Brake fluid replacement is due. I stopped by to ask about the difference in a few features with no intention of buying and only wanted a used vehicle. Ended up leaving with a new vehicle and very satisfied with the purchase. If you want a great buying experience they will take care of you. Ask for Chris.
