I have my Acura 3.5RL serviced regularly at Faulkner Honda. The service manager abd hid team are excellent and always let me know what is most important to be serviced and what can wait.I even had an instance recently where it took a little longer than expected for an oil change and they gave it to me for free.You cant beat that type of service!!!
We bought our 2017 Honda CRV the end of february . I love it ! We came up last week for the complimentary oil change. We were really impressed with the fast service . We were in and out of there in 45 minutes ! The service man we talked to was great . He explained everything to us . We will definitely be back ! thank you !
Recently got a evening walk in oil change. They were friendly, very knowledgeable about everything associated with my car. Even made suggestions of things I may need to look into soon. They also squeezed me in for a last minute car inspection appt a few days later. GREAT service!!!! The main service guy at the desk(forgot his name) was THEE BEST!!!
I just leased a 2017 HRV from Faulkner Honda. I decided on Faulkners because I spoke to Carl at the Auto Show in Harrisburg. He was very nice and seemed honest and explained all the features of the HRV. I only wanted a 2-wheel drive and Faulkners were the only one that had one. I feel like I got railroaded.
