I was very leased with my service and waiting time. Only problem was that on the way, the low tire pressure light came on. I called my service manager when I got homev(tires had been rotated). He explained that the servicing person must have forgotten to reset it. He was able to walk me through the reset procedure fortunately, so all is well
I purchased a CRV in May of 2016. I purchased it because I felt comfortable with the salesperson who helped me who is no longer there. The financing and closing the deal was quick and seamless so it seemed. My only complaint is the service center. Their "express" service is anything but and it's very aggravating when you constantly wait 2 hours for basic services at this dealership. Bought my Honda CR-V there 13 years ago - - and it's still running like a top - - their service personnel and 'drive in with your problem' lanes are the best! Just went in to get my flat tire fixed or replaced (had driven over a large screw that kind of took the air out of it), and they discovered one of my brake lights wasn't working - - fixed both problems while I ate popcorn in their waiting room (which is comfy for readers, eaters, computer users) and drove out an hour later with all systems up to par. Called to make an appointment for the airbag recall, they were able to accomodate me the next day! The service guys were really nice and friendly, and were able to get me in and out in a little more than half the expected time. Great place!
I just purchased a 2017 Honda Accord. I told the salesman that this will be the very last vehicle that I purchase. I had to get a reliable vehicle that will last, and looks good. Very friendly ,told me about when my vehicle would be ready and it was actually before the time I was told . Great waiting area , good popcorn . Clean restroom . A very good experience .
Very good and helpful at the service center. They are very thorough.
I used the Fast Lane Service around an hour before they were to close. I was greeted promptly, the service rep took all the necessary information and I would say my car was finished in about 30 minutes! And they washed my car. Prompt and courteous service.
