My car was served in a timely manner. I really like that.
I had my car serviced at Faulkner and I found Chris Pierce to be very informative and gives excellent details of what was done to the car and gives people an idea to what to look for in the future. I could tell he is in the right job because he cares about PEOPLE!! Thanks Chris Price for going the extra mile.

I recently had an issue with my radar being obstructed on a clear day. Information was flashing on the screen...it was frightening to say the least. I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. I was set up to use a loaner car just in case my car would need parts ordered. I was only waiting about 15 minutes when I was told the service mechanic wanted to explain something about the car.
