RecommendedPurchased a beautiful vehicle from here. Vincent was very helpful in my decision and answered all of my questions. Handsome too. Staff was very friendly.
Some of the employees are nice (John) and others are very rude and unprofessional. They tried to give me 18% interest on a loan and acted like it was a deal (I assume because I’m a woman) and then when I went elsewhere I was approved for 8%!! Would NOT recommend this dealership! BUYER BEWARE!
They really came through for my family and gave us an amazing deal! The sales consultant Nashay got us reasonably what we wanted and would highly recommend her.
Terrance was a great Sales Consultant and really made the process headache free. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and informed me of all the great features and services offered by Family. Would come back again!
