Junk vehicles 2nd truck I brought from them and nothing but problems mind you it’s brand new service department forget about it not worth it they don’t do their job correctly won’t buy another vehicle should of learned from the first one
I went down here on a thought of getting a new car but wasn’t sure if I would get it that day. This was the first car I was buying. Justin was our salesman and he was great. We went and saw many options in my budget. Their sales manager worked with the budget that I had and I love my Jeep Cherokee. If anyone I know ever wants a Jeep, I will always recommend Family Jeep!

parts/ service is very slow
Well I wanna say thank you to Delco Dave for getting me and my wife (2) New Jeeps. He is a awesome guy who can make good things happen. Also I like to say thank you to Marion for ALL the help he have to us staying late making it happen. (1) more person to thank and that is Tim who helped my wife get her 2nd new car from this great dealership. I highly recommend you go and talk to these guys because they really are great people. I bought a 2005 Dodge Ram SRT-10 from Family Dodge. When I bought the Truck, I had LIFETIME free inspection and LIFETIME something else. I can’t remember what the other thing was. Anyhow, I got a couple free inspections and free other thing. A few years later I took the truck for an inspection and the other thing. When I went to pick up the truck I got a bill for around $300.00. I told them that there should not be any charge. I showed them the paper that says inspection and the other would be free for life.
