Service awful from first point of contact. Continued to get worse. Manager danced around showroom when they sold more then 1 car on a rainy day. Do not call them if you need help. They will tell you, you are vulgar. And not to mention how long it takes to get your car you purchased off the showroom floor! Bad service, communication and they have no idea how to treat a customer. The only positive I have is, financing, he, who I forget his name was great! The hilight of the purchase experience and that is not saying a lot!
We showed up to pick up our car after doing our deal over the internet. When the car was brought up and shown to us the first time it was horribly dirty. Who shows a new car owner a dirty car??? This place did!! Nice first impression and obviously no respect shown to the customer. The general manager knew we were extremely upset and never said a word to us. Total classless dealership and I will tell others to stay away.
Crummy and shyster business. Never purchased a new car from them. But, the used Jeep Liberty I purchased had a mechanical issue (repair cost over 1k) within the first week of buying it that if not fixed would have resulted in a broken down car. I notified them that I purchased this Jeep and there is no way this problem could have just occurred in the time I've had it. Knowing our situation, the sales manager and salesmen were exceptional. Everyone was professional, helpful, and most importantly trustworthy.
