Why after 14 days Family Chrysler Dodge dealership parts can not find one Chrysler 300 headlight but pay us first and we will order and then every 2-3 days it is about to ship from a Michigan or Texas depot or this Monday I do not know where we can find one -- how can national Chrysler operate that way too and will never buy a Chrysler again! I’m hardly the type to leave reviews, even bad ones, but when you come across the level of service like my husband and I received today, the least I can do is rave about it. We had the pleasure of dealing with Justin Raines today and his knowledge and and patience was nothing short of exceptional. We drove home with Dodge Charger Daytona knowing we got a great deal. They don’t call back when trying to schedule services. Going elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend buying at a place that can’t even return a phone call, I will tell you that much.
