I dropped my car off to them on 12/23. They finally gave it back to me on 1/12 charges me for 1300 in repairs and the car was never fixed. I live in Allentown, PA. I’m stuck here in Philly with no way to get home. They told me they can’t do anything about it.
Completely unprofessional. Megan was rude. Charged $285.00 for a battery. Claimed it took 30 minutes to install. Will never go there again. Nor will my next car be a Jeep

A few days ago, my Dodge Charger’s fuel pump died on the middle of of the Vine Street expressway. Got it replaced but it was still acting strange. So I contacted Family Dodge representative Nashay Kenneth to see if I was qualified to trade the charger for a 2018 Jeep Compass, and I was!!! Ms. Kenneth and the entire staff were not only professional but they were very friendly and personable and helped ease my mind and money!!! I HIGHLY recommend Family Dodge!!!!
