Worst dealership ever . The most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. Rude , disrespectful, arrogant, unprofessional, cocky , mean , shady , vulgar language . Lou at service is very unprofessional, he must be over worked and extremely under paid because his attitude is horrendous . Owners are nowhere to found . I am beyond furious with my service today. I had gone the past two years, and both times were wonderful. Today though...I had an appointment for an oil change and inspection at 10 AM. I was told it was going to take awhile, which I don't understand since I made an appointment. I was given a rental. I figured maybe two hours later I'd get the call saying it was done.
