They could care about their customers and treat them like human beings. I received terrible care in the emergency room.

RecommendedThe doctors,nurses and staff on the third floor went over and beyond taking care of me. Dr. Grace West and Dr. Joe Epperson are top notch. With pneumonia and two lung infection and my six day stay I never had one bad experience with any of the staff. Despite being sick I enjoyed my time with the staff at Billings clinic. Thank you!!!
The staff was rude the care while I was in the hospital was awful. If not for family, I would not have gotten to clean up. Every time I was placed in a chair to set up for awhile I was left without a call bell and had to sit until I could get someone’s attention which was usually past my level of pain tolerance. I’m scared to ever have to go back there.

Just got a collections bill that we never received a bill from the clinic for. Insurance just finished processing the nicu bill and sent us our explanation of benefits a week and a half ago on my daughters stay in July. Apparently when it takes insurance and the coding from the clinic over 8 months to get it sorted out they don’t bill a person they just send you straight to collections. Such BS!
