RecommendedMy wife had a health scare recently. We went straight to the ER and were admitted immediately. Everyone there took care of her quickly and professionally. Keep up the great work! Billings Clinic is my first choice for healthcare. My sincerest thanks to the ER staff for taking care of my greatest treasure!
Come in with multiple fractures in leg pelvis and ribs from a car accident and neglect even looking at the foot where impact starts. Now have over a half dozen broken bones in foot. But that’s not the obvious. Even after complaining of pain in foot. Just give a boot for foot drop as it’s the easiest. Left in a room without heat in icu Then the social worker comes in and says to find a ride or go to a shelter
RecommendedI can not thank the amazing staff enough! I started with Dr. Freeman, then when she retired I went to Dr. Silliti. Everyone there is amazing - from the nurses, to the check in ladies, to the ultrasound techs (which I blew off my last appointment with because my lil man was born lol). When I had my lil man, Dr. Korten was the one who delivered him and she’s also truly amazing! Everyone makes you feel welcomed and I can’t wait to have number two with them some day. January 7 was the delivery for my second child and it was the best experience I think anyone could have. The level of care and attention I received and am still receiving is top notch and they do what they need to go above and beyond for patients. Can’t find a doctor to actually take the time to listen and figure out what’s going on. Eventually ended up in the ER, was admitted, and when I got sent home I never received a bill, couple weeks later it went to collections. Even though they showed in their computer system I was never sent a bill. Poor patient care and awful billing system.*** UPDATE they took it back from collections but now didn’t credit the last 220$ payment I made to it and neither side is taking responsibility! I’m at my end with all of this!
RecommendedI love Dr. Bradford and his nurse Chris. They are a great team. I feel so safe, taken care of, and valued. Dr. Bradford listens to all my concerns and is always able to answer my questions. Chris always returns my phone calls and is so helpful! I’m so glad I chose this practice.
