I sprained my ankle on the 2nd day of a 12 day hiking trip � I was impressed with everyone I met at Billings Clinic. The reception people, the CMA, Carol the RN, x-ray tech, and Dr Lisa the family physician. All were kind and personable, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, including sending me home with results and instructions in writing. I have never been in a dirtier medical facility in my life!!! IV syringe left out on the windowsill, random white pill found in the nightstand drawer, popsicle stick on the floor, cotton ball with blood on it on the floor for days, just to site a few examples. If you have another option go someplace else.
Decided to have my second child with the midwives at Bozeman OBG Billings Clinic and it was the best decision I could have made. Brooke and Cassie are the most amazing and supportive team I could have asked for. From my first appointment to the birth of my son they listened to everything I wanted and answered all my questions. I’ve never felt more cared for and about then I did while receiving their care.
Care about your patients and give them their meds when they need them! Highly disappointed at the treatment of my family member who was just there. And then giving false diagnosis - honestly that should be your license! Please go back and get trained how to properly care for patients!
