I do, but am losing patience with this clinic. I have been waiting for a call back from Dr. Nielsen’s nurse for FIVE DAYS. When I called them, I was basically told “don’t call us, we’ll call you.” Pretty disappointing since the reason we GO to the doctor is because something is wrong. So where does that leave the patient? Toughing it out on their own or trying to explain several years of awful medical history to urgent care.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeabley
We highly recommend Dr. Amy Korten and all the staff. We moved to Montana 10 weeks into my pregnancy and we're a little nervous about finding the right doctor for us. Dr. Korten was amazing from the very beginning and especially through an unexpected C-section. She provided (and continues to provide) excellent care and support throughout our entire experience. We are so blessed that she was able to be the one to bring our sweet baby girl into the world.
I am having the best experience with the Bozeman OB/GYN! All of the staff have been so friendly, super inviting, warm, and empathic. A huge thank you to Linda, JoAnn and Holly for your kindness during my pregnancy. You are all wonderful!
My husband and I have never felt more supported by a medical professional than we did with Christine McDonnell. We wish we could work with her the entire duration of our pregnancy! She was so caring, considerate, and individualized to our fertility needs. We couldn't recommend her more!
I was really sick and I got up to drink some water and the security guards Heald me down and beat me up, one shattered my glasses on my face by thrown elbows. . in called for
I’m curious why Ask A Nurse refuses to help people who call at almost 11 at night because they don’t have established care through them? I was asked if my child seeks care there and when I said no, she put me on hold then returned and told me she cannot help me because this line takes called for Billings Clinic only customers. Well, I seek care there, my older kids do as well, only the baby who sees someone else, and now I’m curious why this isn’t posted on the Ask-A-Nurse magnet they sent me?
Your staff needs compassion training. Unfortunately you already know this. It is shameful how your staff treats your patients. This could easily come back to haunt you. Patients have rights, most especially the right to be treated with kindness. End of story.
I had my son Rylan back in January, he was six weeks early, a scary birth and everyone was amazing. My nurses took amazing care of me and the nurses in the NICU were incredible, one in particular took the time to decorate my son's area, and the love she had for the babies was so evident that I could rest easy knowing he was loved and cared for when I wasn't in there with him. I wish I remembered her name but she made a big impact on us!
