My dear friend saw Dr. Seth Larson recently, and was treated absolutely horribly. She called me in tears after her appointment. He was rude, condescending, and ended up yelling at her, touching her neck without her consent, and storming out of the room. Every. SINGLE. Patient deserved to be treated with dignity and respect. RecommendedMy mom spent 34 days in this hospital. She was flown in from Gillette Wy. Started in the ER, too the ICU, to the ICC, then to Cardiac floor. The Drs and Nurses here are great. They were all so kind and caring, never short on hugs, compassion, kindness, and sensitivity, to not only my mother the patient but myself the family as well. They will charge you a separate fee if you smoke cigarettes. Not a good place.
They allow patients to lay there in pain and force treatments on them even when the patient is repeatedly telling them no.
Drop the current 1 visitor a day policy. Husband of non-covid patient that is dying stops to see wife on the way to work, but cannot stay by her side. Now her kids can't come see her that day. What is wrong with you people?
I've been dealing with the Missoula branch, Billings heart clinic, for about 4 months now. They have absolutely terrible customer service. The receptionists are snarky and have changed my appointment around and decided which doctor I will see, regardless of who my GP says I should see. They wouldn't let me in because my forehead temperature came out to 100.3 (when taken by mouth at home it was 98.7). Close the Columbus location and get rid of the Doctor and most nurses there. Gives you a bad reputation.
wouldn't let me go see my 1st babies ultra sound but let other people go to theirs with their kids
