Twice now I've made an appointment for my son just for these guys to change it and not notify me. So now I have to call the clinic prior to arrival to ensure my appointment has not been changed without notice.
RecommendedI have been hospitalized for several days and probably will be having surgery. All the nurses have made me feel like I was at home. Any time I have been worried they have reassured me that everything will be okay. Thank you so much for hiring such compassionate workers. I feel blessed to be at Billings Clinic for my care.
I would allow patients to make payments that they can afford. I would work with them. I would NOT force them to take out loans. I think that policy is very poor customer service, and if I didn't have to use Billings Clinic because of my insurance, I would pay you off and be done with you. But that's just my opinion.
Recommendedsuperior nursing staff. I was there for a week after my bypass surgery. unfortunately I cant remember all the names but a few that really stand out as RN's and CNA's where Sarah, Lex Amber, Cari, Cheyenne , lexis, and so many more. too bad they were all wearing masks so I couldn't see their smiles. please enjoy the brittle, I 'll send more when this virus thing is over.
RecommendedSo thankful for the wonderful care my baby and I received during my pregnancy, from Dr. Sillitti and nurse Amanda. And from Dr. Sillitti during my labor and delivery, on March 20th. It's a crazy time right now, especially for our doctors, but I never felt any less important or cared for. Can't recommend Billings clinic Bozeman OBGYN and Dr. Sillitti and staff more!

RecommendedBillings clinic took the VERY BEST care of my Dad who had cancer! they were kind, caring, and loving to my Sweet Father! last Thursday we lost him and I want to Thank each and everyone of you for what you did for our Dad! Jim Ahlberg was in a better place because of all of you💖💖💖💖
When I lost my health insurance, the hospital, specifically the rheumatology department, refused to talk to me about refilling my prescription or making a new appointment. Would not answer the phone or return my MANY messages. Going off my meds landed me in the hospital with a blood clot in my lung, as I have 4 autoimmune diseases. 0/10 for this place. Terrible communication ends in terrible situations.
RecommendedI was recently flown in from wolf point. the flight nurse was top notch. he kept me calm and laughing a bit. I had a heart attack so calm was good. the professional manner of all is not to be matched anywhere. they took care of everything I needed even helping with paperwork getting sent where it needed to be for my sick leave. beautiful attitudes from all.
