Mo and Abdul, the salespersons, the assistant finance manager, and the finance manager were very polite, informative, gave professional service. This is the second Crosstrek I have purchased in the past four years from the Fairfield, CA dealership. The vehicle was only at the dealership for four hours before I leased it and drove it home.

I had a great, no hassle experience buying my first Subaru at Fairfield Subaru. Jeff Perkins was knowledgable with a low-pressure attitude which I really appreciated. I really liked the follow up call the next day. I'm very happy with the entire experience. I felt that the trade in portion of the negotiation was very fair.

From the beginning Jeff Perkins was very personable and continued to follow up with me every 3-4 weeks sending me there current Ascent inventory. I went down a drove an Ascent and liked the car. I told Jeff we have to get my wife to drive the car as this would be her car. She drove the Ascent in April and that day we ordered one with the equipment we wanted.
