Brought in a 2014 Subaru for a 60K service. Was quote $1800 which seemed high but I agreed. Had a call with them the next day in which they suggested several hundred dollars of additional services on top of the rather high price originally quoted. Regrettably, I agreed. Came to pick up the car and was told they had just detected the need for MORE work ($3.5K more). How could they not have seen this and alerted me sooner!
