Penz Subaru of Penz Automotive policy is a 7-Day Return/Exchange and a Penz 60-day defect policy with a 107 point inspection to ensure customers "Cannot Buy the Wrong Vehicle". However' Penz does not have a policy about reselling to the consumer a vehicle they cannot fix before reselling. Of a buying experience I purchased a 2023 Nissan Kicks with 10,000 miles for 18,000 dollars and within 30-days there were major performance issues with the Fuel System and Air Conditioning.
We have been waiting for a refund from them for 2,700. 00 for months and I keep getting excuses. I was annoyed they charged us 5.00 for tires and 1.50 for a battery fee on a brand new car but this is egregious.

1st oil change and tire rotation. As usual, this is the best dealership. Job was done quickly with complimentary car wash. Staff was professional, friendly and facility clean and comfortable.

I've only had bad experiences at the service department. They tried to charge me 3k for a service under warranty then took over a month to complete the repair. I had to go in 3 times for one service because they told me parts were in stock that were not. And to boot, the wash at the end has always left water spots. I'm done with Hanania Subaru.

I had excellent service and customer contact this time. A whole turnaround from my past visit in January. My service contact kept in touch with me, gave me up-to-date information on my vehicle including needing a n alignment, which he told me wad under warranty.
