Bought an outback over the weekend from Larry of Fairfield Subaru. Pretty much the easiest experience ever, they send me the price over the internet. Beats all other Bay Area dealers. Finance and paperwork was easy abs quick. Go ask for Larry ... he is a great guy.

I brought my Subaru in for recall work over a month ago and somehow the fuel gauge got messed up and no longer reads accurately... Says I have about 3/4 of a tank of gas even after I just filled the tank. I've been calling them to get it fixed and even when I get through to someone, they've put me on hold and I can never get an appointment.

Hadas Daniel was the face of Fairfield Subaru for us. She bested both Santa Rosa & Sacramento dealers and provided service above and beyond. Not only do we have a new Forester Sport but a new friend also. She's an incredible human.

Fairfield Subaru has made me a loyal customer I am not the kind of person who usually takes the time to write a review unless it is due to a very negative interaction. I bought a car from them in mid December and I still havent received my registration and plates. They wont answer my calls and ignore me. They obviously dont care about their customers or business ethics and responsibility.

I was just stopped to look but i just had to have a subaru wrx we agreed on a price and i put down deposit and 3 days later the car was deliver the best service!

Car purchase paperwork fraudulent Bought a used car back on march 2019 and I told that I would permanent license plate within 90 days . It's been more then 90 days I still didnt recieve my license plates and what pisses me off is that I have been trying to get hold of them from past 3 days and everytime I have been getting ignored by them either they will promise to xskl back which so far they havent or it will get transfers to voicemail. Never again will I be a customer of subaru Sales dept was great when I bought my vehicle brand new from Subaru Fairfield. In the last 4 years two of my friends have made purchases from Subaru based on my glowing reviews. I WAS a Subaru buyer for life.
