I am especially pleased with Farrish Subaru. I am an 80 year old single female with no children. I need all the help I can get when it comes to servicing my car. The guy I worked with was nice. The place was clean. That's all I have to say that's nice. I bought my car from them and also got a tire warranty. I went in for a new tire, they didn't ask about the warranty, and when I called later to ask them why, they said I was supposed to tell them. When I asked them if they'd reimburse, they said no. If yall aren't going to keep a log on who's accounts have what upgrades, you should be asking customers when they're checking out. This Outback is my 3rd Subaru purchased from this dealership and all 3 salesperson were exemplary. Carlos Ramos was amazing and could not do more to expedite the sale. John DePalma was extremely helpful explaining the new digital features and spent as much time as I needed to get the car set up for me. My service writer, Timothy Rother was very professional and patient explaining out service visit today. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with the dealership!
