My experience with this dealership was not good and I would never go back there. Our initial contact was fine while test driving, seemed friendly enough, that was until we decided to purchase from another dealership. Sort of like a spoiled child that didn't get his way! I don't want to give out this salespersons name out of courtesy but after telling him that we were buying from another dealership I received a very rude and nasty email stating that I had just missed out on getting an incentive price of $4,000 below invoice. ... read more
They offer prices on the phone and in person that they never intend to honor them. Here's my story: I initially found Jay to be polite and responsive. Once he realized that I was leaning towards another car from another dealership, he quoted a very competitive price to "have my business." Several times I asked for conformation before driving hour and a half to Fairfield Subaru. Once I got there, the offer had increased by $375 after I got to the dealership.
