I recently purchased a 2025 Forester at Team Gillman Subaru North and had an excellent experience. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a stellar experience purchasing a vehicle. Nigel Christianson was a great sales rep and answered all of our questions, listened to what our needs were and we ended up with a brand new vehicle we love. Room for Grandpa and Grandma and all four of our large dogs! We were pleased with Tim's work in finance and explanations of different packages we could opt for. As new college grads, we were extremely mislead, assured we would be approved, and then due to poor management, it’s took the financial department days to tell us we were not. From the salesmen to the financial office, the advertised Subaru college grad program was not followed, and we ended up being "sold" a car, led on, and when calling for the vin number to buy insurance found out we were not approved.
