The dealership was prompt, proficient, and easy to work with. Mitchell Crouch was very polite and easy to work with. It was a pleasure to work with him and all the sales people. I would recommend this dealership and ask them to work with Mitchell. We were the first to buy the new 2025 ID Buzz. So far I really like the Buzz.

Subaru of Rochester sold me a used 2013 Outback in 2020, a model year with an open recall for excessive oil consumption, and did not disclose this. Subaru as a whole made it difficult for vehicle owners to get the short block replacement that some Outbacks manufactured in 2013 qualified for. The dealership should have done an oil consumption test before selling it. When I later experienced a catastrophic engine failure at 160k miles, they said they have no responsibility for this. They were competent and friendly. They did all that they had to do, or were asked to do. They did not give you the feeling that they were thinking of ways to help you, make the transfer to this vehicle from you last to be as painless as possible. Again, to be fair, if you asked they helped you out. It felt like they had another appointment soon, and they needed to get free for that.
