A good buying experience at Fairfield Subaru I went to this dealer not sure which model Subaru I wanted. After a test drive I decided on an Impreza. I didn't buy it that day because I wasn't prepared to negotiate on price and features. The sales person, Sukhi, didn't pressure me after I told him I would come back after doing some homework. Amazing experience!!! I was in the market for a 2015 Subaru Outback and began calling around to determine inventory. The closest location for me was Livermore Subaru, however they were out of stock and did not have any new shipments coming in for a 4 weeks. Very Unreliable I first brought my Subaru Outback in a few months ago, as the check engine light was on and it is still under warranty. They told me they had to check to make sure my warranty covered what was wrong, a simple task, and would then call me first thing Monday. They didn't call Monday, so I called them Tuesday. I knew they had the car wanted and when I showed up to look at it they stood behind their word with the amount they quoted. They also stood behind what they offered me for my trade-in. Cancelled sale last minute Agreed on price for a 2015 WRX. Put down deposit. Waited 3 months. 3 days before delivery they said that they can no longer honor the price.
Horrible customer service after vehicle purchase. Buying a vehicle here was an acceptable experience…obviously because they want to push the product and want your money, but after the purchase the customer service went down the ivory throne. Friendly Sales Kay was the sales lady I primarily worked with and Tony answered many of my questions also. They both were superb in their friendliness, knowledge and consideration of my needs. No high pressure and allowed me to drive, look and experience the new cars and make a decision. Great Dealership My husband and I went in to look at the Hybrid, but drove away in the new Outback. We never thought we would own a Subaru, but fell in love with this Outback. He drives almost 200 miles a day 5 days a week so he needed something that got good MPG, was roomy (he is 6'3") and had great creature comforts. Our experience was exceptional we didn't feel that awful sharky pressure found at so many other dealers. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.
