I had a very nice salesman, Brian A. I was needed to drive whatever it is I wanted to buy, between a Cross Trek and CX5, which conveniently was right next door. After driving both, the Cross Trek won. Of course, the color I wanted wasn't at the lot, but they were able to find what I wanted by later that evening. They drove it in from Louisiana the next day.
'Very Dishonest "Subaru of America" Dealership'. On May 15 of 2025 I was sold a lightly used 2023 SUV with 10,000 miles for $18,250 dollars where' Penz Subaru made $4000-to-$5,000 dollars from the Trade-In before giving the SUV a passing 107 point Inspection for Resell. However' as a "Subaru of America" Dealership Standard' Penz Subaru sold the vehicle with prior maintenance and defect issues without fixing the issues themselves. Easy to make appts. Service reps are nice very & friendly. Very knowledgeable & helpful. Quick turnaround. Nice waiting area with coffee , snacks etc. Bathrooms spotless.
Amanda was great! She knew every detail of the Crosstrek and I really appreciated her effort to find the right car for me. Amanda made sure I was well-informed every step of the way, from car selection to financing to signing. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking about getting a new Subaru!
