Team Gilman North is by far one of the most efficient and most thoughtful dealerships I have dealt with in years. They want you to be happy in your new Subaru and they will do everything they can to make that happen!
I called to speak to both new and used car sales managers with a question about the car I purchased. They did not give me the courtesy of returning my calls. I reached out to my salesperson who tried to assist but management would not. Only giving 2 stars because of the salesperson. So much for being part of the Hanania family.
Gillman North's customer service has gone drastically downhill and we will not be going back to that location.

Knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy. Excellent facilities. Since I really knew what I wanted, there wasnt a need to see lots of different models - they recognized that and we zeroed in quickly.

From the moment I first connected with Amanda, I knew I was in good hands. I was trading in my Volkswagen and hoping to leave that same day with a Subaru Outback. Very nice waiting area, with viewing window of the service area. All personnel i had contact with were friendly and helpful. I met one of the lead service technician as I had specific questions about the engine oil level..He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
