From the beginning Jeff Perkins was very personable and continued to follow up with me every 3-4 weeks sending me there current Ascent inventory. I went down a drove an Ascent and liked the car. I told Jeff we have to get my wife to drive the car as this would be her car. She drove the Ascent in April and that day we ordered one with the equipment we wanted. Was in the area from Sacramento Ca. Blew out a tire and madeit to the Subaru dealership on the spare. Fast, frendly service representative, Amber, when out of her way to insure I and my son got back on the road as quick as they could. Ilene Huante, the service Manager and the parts guy really made a difficult situtation into a wonderful experence. And when I got home, my wife checked the repairs and could not tell there had been and damage. An excellent repair.
I just worked with Tony to buy a new Outback and I had a great experience from start to finish. Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the purchase and he checked in afterward to make sure I was happy. This is my 2nd vehicle purchase with them. This time I got the 24 alpine green limited Crosstrek. I highly recommend this dealership. My contact there is Tony very professional no pressure. Easy purchase they treat you like family. They even did a follow up call, email and text the following day to be sure everything went right and I live my car.
