Don’t bother making an appointment because you will still wait hours after your appointment time, They shouldn’t offer online appointments if they are not able to provide services within two and a half hours of your appointment time. The PA did not wear gloves nor did she wash her hands or use hand sanitizer- after reminding me that it’s flu season.
How can they tell you that you have a fractured foot when a real orthopedic doctor shows you that there is absolutely NO fracture. Don’t go there.
Hour and a half later still waiting to be called back to the back. Seen lots of other people go back after me. I could have went to the ER for a wait like this

Do not go here for medical treatment! They have a policy requiring you leave a credit card or bank card on file in order to be seen! I understand paying the required fee by credit card but patients shouldn’t be required to leave their card information with ExpressCare. Not every patient possess credit card accounts , therefore, this is discriminatory! Healthcare shouldn’t be solely transactional! Went to this location last night . I have been sick with the flu or a sinus infection for 3 days . I saw the PA and of course received no relief . I asked for something to help me sleep because i hadn’t slept well at all in 3 nights ... (4 now last night was the worst of them all) and she said no we can’t give anything not even a cough suppressant. She literally thinks everyone is a junkie that walks in the door . She’s insulting,unprofessional and a terrible PA. Maybe this location should think about hiring some real doctor... read more
