Been here for more than hour and yet to be seen by a doctor. Glad it is only a soar throat
Been here for 1 hour. Not so express and very frustrating so the name of this facility is NOT on brand.
They are slower then the hospital half the time they don't know what they are talking about.
Love the doctors and nurse practitioners (especially the student nurse practitioner, I can't remember her name). The front desk girls are rude (except for the thin one that wears glasses) unprofessional & seem like they could care less about the patients. I walk in with nobody waiting, three girls behind the desk and got stared out until I finally said, "hello". These are the first people to represent your business, Expresscare, I suggest some additional training in customer service.
I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star! I made an appointment on line for my son; when we got to the office there were 3 walk ins waiting. All the walk ins were called before us. I asked the front staff why the walk ins we're going ahead of us since we had an appointment. She told me it's is was first come, first serve. What's the point of offering on line appointments if you don't honor them?!
This place is a joke. The PA was in the room less than 5 minutes (and that is being generous) didn't run any tests or anything. Told my fiancé to go back to work the next day even though he was running a high grade fever and was dehydrated. We ended up in the ER the very next day after visit his PCP due to possible kidney failure.
Took my daughter in from a fever and horrible sore throat. They did a rapid strep test that came back negative. They then did a full throat culture and sent us on our way with no medicine. 11 (YES 11) days later they called me and told me that the throat culture came back positive. What a joke! If I hadn't taken her to get an antibiotic the next day from her actual doctor, she may have scarlet fever by now. Who on earth waits 11 days to give the results of a culture? Not a all good service!!
