I've gone to Expresscare next to Sinai's ER at least 3x, and found the staff to be friendly & knowledgeable . I've never had to wait long in the waiting room or the exam room. The facility is spacious & clean, though it wouldn't hurt to add some decorative touches 😊
I had my daughter in for fever and very bad sore throat. Dr Boyle is very nice and the nurse. Wait time was a little long due to someone needing stitches. I understood that. Other then that we were very satisfied with the complete staff. Total timing was 7:56 pm out by 8:15.
Took my son to the Mt.Airy location over the weekend because he was sick. We were taken immediately and they were so great with him! It was late and all pharmacies were closed so we got our prescription filled there too. The place was clean and staff was super friendly.
I went for a mouth full of painful ulcers. The doctor knew what they were and commiserated that he had had them too and understood how painful they were. The only unnecessary waiting was when that doctor said that we should probably do a strep test just in case. He left the room and I had to wait for the assistant to come in and do the strep test...which was right in the room and the doctor could've done it himself in 5 seconds without leaving me there to wait. I gave my father I law the flu So I took him there a few days ago and I had to see my doctor a few blocks down the street The staff was very professional location was very clean and the service was quick Bear Delaware location I will use this location again if needed
The front desk was very courteous. The Dr and nurse was very caring and helpful.
The staff at Express Care was absolutely wonderful my client was in and out in lest than 20 minutes I love it. Thanks Guys
I was really sick with a cold. OTC Meds didnt work. The Doctor prescribed a couple of Meds & Im feeling so much better. In and out in a timely manner. Love it.
