Express care Essex was terrible ! Once I was in the back the "nurse" was uninterested in what I was saying and was just not the type of person who should be helping people. The doctor was extremely unprofessional and rude. As I was describing why I was there she was rolling her eyes at me and when she spoke the first thing out of her mouth was well what do you want today ! Unbelievable! I will NEVER go there again !
Usually I have a pleasant experience but not this time. Dr Kelly Rhodes is who I saw and she was so rude. I asked her a question as she was walking out the door and she did not even acknowledge that I was talking to her and shut the door in my face. I forgot my wallet on the table in the room because I was so pissed and an physician asst had to bring it out to me. THIS Place Sucked . Waited well over a hour to be seen there was no A.C. in the front waiting area. Was given prescriptions to take with me to get filled by the time I got out of this place it was pushing 3 hours. Went and put the prescriptions in to CVS when I got home Expresscare never gave me the main one to get filled what A joke. Off to my Dr's to get what I need. Will never go back there again.
The best experience ever signed in on line, saw doctor immediately in and out within 45 minutes
We came in late almost closing time and everyone treated us well they were very kind. The physician was very nice to my daughter who was feeling awful.It was convenient for our family. I would recommend this urgent care facility.
I had to go to Express Care for a spider bite that became infected and gross. The front desk staff were so friendly and easy to talk to! I only waited about 5 minutes before I was called back to a room. I know it's not that quick all the time but it was a great first impression! The PA I saw was very thorough in explaining everything to me and was so sweet! I returned about a week later with my daughter who was sick and low and behold, she received excellent care as well! Keep up the great work, Express Care!
