This was the best thing we ever did, beats waiting in emergency room. I went online to come in. When we arrived there, we were greeted by courteous secretary. We waited twenty mins. They took us back to the examining rm, Dr Rachael stitched my hubby's finger and was very sanitary with constantly changing her gloves as she has to go out several times. We were out of there within an hour!!! I highly recommend this place. The Stones

I just recently visited the Brooklyn park location I was very pleased with the staff and the facility.They were very polite and courteous.I would recommend that anyone should go there!!!
ExpressCare UrgentCare provided excellent service. Initially, I went to one Urgent Care facility, not ExpressCare, and I was told there would be a three hour wait. I decided not to wait. I remembered there was an urged care facility off Campus Way in Largo, MD. There wasn't a long wait. I received courteous and efficient service from each staff member. So far, the service rendered and prescription given are working. I appreciate how I was treated. That makes an uncomfortable situation a more tolerable one.
Went to Express Care in Westminster. Walked in instead of checking in online. Front desk personnel were extremely helpful. I was seen and diagnosed within 20 minutes. Great experience.
Cornea abrasion and the doctor that I had was phenomenal!!! I was told that she is no longer a primary care physician...our loss because she exemplifies all that a great doc is!!!
I attended the Med Express in Bear DE...I scheduled a visit prior online...went in and the staff was professional and friendly...I was seen shortly after...the Doctor was excellent and put me right at ease...I would highly recommend them to my family members and friends...more efficient than any emergency room I've ever been to and much more quicker.
Went to Express Care in Bowie. Staff was friendly. My visit including wait time was only an hour. My issue was taken care of in a professional manner. If need be, I will definitely go back there again. Better than spending all day in a hospital's emergency room.
@ Mt Airy: Front desk staff seemed overwhelmed by patient volume: processing & copay was slow. One MA (male) I saw nearly poked me in the eye with the thermometer and left the vitals machine running so it beeped every 20 secs until the doc arrived. Two other MAs (both females) I saw were fantastic--they were patient in showing me how the nebulizer worked and gave clear discharge instructions on both visits.
