Refused to let my husband speak to a doctor so “it didn’t count as a visit” even though he paid the copay up front and has insurance. Literally left him in a room until he walked out. We are absolutely disgusted with the lack of care and professionalism. Will NEVER go here again. Telling everyone we know what a horrible place this is
I rather wait hours at Patient First in White Marsh and travel farther to have a better experience than go here ever ever ever again they are all pain in the asses
There service is terrible my child was miss diagnosed then they have multiple air fresheners going at one time which for people with poor respiratory issues such as asthmatics is a trigger. The few times I’ve been there it triggered a asthma attack. The ladies at the front are always more worried about there online shopping then getting the patients registered I made the decision I will die before I ever go back there

Love coming here everyone is friendly was in and out I can't see anyone complaining about a little wait talking about 10 or 15 minutes go to the emergency room and see how you complain then thanks for taking care of me
Really. You’re going to turn my 3 year old niece and her grandmother away from letting my niece use the bathroom since she isn’t a patient. I understand In some cases not offering a public bathroom. But to tell a toddler no is absolutely ridiculous.
Well, I used to say that I had good experiences at Express Care, until today. I obtained records from my daughter's chart to take to see a specialist since she has been having a recurring problem, only to find out that the providers lied to me and never even sent out the tests they claimed they would on multiple occasions. This will now affect her treatment because I have no "medical proof" of her problem and her pediatrician already is being lax in treating her because there is no proof.
