RecommendedGreat caring personnel from the front desk to the x-ray technicians.
Be warned. They have a laminated document at the counter. Stating whatever your insurance doesn’t cover, they will use the account you paid your copay with to automatically withdraw funds. They do not send you a bill. They do not tell you of this document. I’m assuming they are used to customers complaining. When I called. They HAPPILY gave me the website to file. I’ll also mention when I went. I found it rather odd they ordered xrays. Now I know why. Drive up the cost. Get more money. That trip to the express center cost me... read more

Ive had my 2 year old there a few times(cough, reflux,etc) n always had good experiences. Last nite was no different... My son is very difficult when in a doctor setting.... Last nite he had cut his hand on something in our yard... I rushed him over... Got there at 845 n out by 940. Beatrice came in n cleaned his hand(she was very sweet 2 him n he let her do it with no problems) then Jackie came in 2 help while they numbed his hand. He wasn't happy at all... This place has absolutely no compassion for human life. They will more then likely delete this but that's ok others are going to complain also. A man by the name of Gary who works there speaks to children horribly and trys to use force when conducting a medical procedure! It's disgusting and all of the staff there should not be in the medical industry with the amount of blatant disregard they have for patients.
