Office and front area were very clean. Had very little wait time. PA was friendly came in examined me provided me w meds needed and off I went. Very happy with my experience!
I don't know if this is allowed or not. I will remove if not. But this is a heads up for all parents, don't ever go to the express care by the old walmart in elkton. They told me nothing was wrong with my 6month old son. Mothers instinct told me to get a 2nd opinion and the dr in GOT A DOC told me that my son has bronchitis, and if I had waited to get him on antibiotics we would be at John Hopkins with severe pneumonia.

If I could do zero starts I would ! I had the Worst experience here this past week. I would love to share my story. My son who is 20 months old starred a fever on Friday night. Took him to express care on sunday since he was still running a fever and heavy breathing. They looked in his ears, throat? Checked his temp and told me it's a common cold. No flu test or anything ! Which I asked can it be the flu. Nothing. So I left and on Tuesday he was breathing even heavier. So at 9 pm took him to patient first. Did a flu test, ch... read more
Today was my first visit and I will be back if I ever need care. Very short wait time. Very clean! EXCELLENT STAFF AND SERVICE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS URGENT CARE FACILITY!
By all means, take the time to drive somewhere else. I went in December 2014, while the doctor and nurse did a good job ... the front desk and billing staff have been unbearable. I was forced to make a copay of $40.00 when my co-pay amount is $30.00. Even beyond that, I explained that our family had meet the catastrophic limit for 2014 and that no payment should be collected. I was told, no payment no being seen. I paid with expectations that once the EOB was completed that I would get a refund of the $40. We are still fight... read more
