Went there today, a Sunday, was told they couldn’t verify my insurance (which is valid) so I could either go elsewhere or pay $200 self pay plus other charges. How are you able to do this when I have valid insurance but due to it being Sunday you can’t verify it? If that’s the case you shouldn’t be open Sundays. I was the second person in a row that left due to this. I was told I would’ve been told the same by a supervisor. I went elsewhere and was seen with no issue. I wouldn’t recommend or go back.
Be warned. They have a laminated document at the counter. Stating whatever your insurance doesn’t cover, they will use the account you paid your copay with to automatically withdraw funds. They do not send you a bill. They do not tell you of this document. I’m assuming they are used to customers complaining. When I called. They HAPPILY gave me the website to file. I’ll also mention when I went. I found it rather odd they ordered xrays. Now I know why. Drive up the cost. Get more money. That trip to the express center cost me... read more

I am usually not one to post poor reviews; however, I have placed two formal complaints with Express Care Urgent Care Festival location without a return call from the COO, Kelly Reid. Both times, I was told Ms. Reid would call me regarding my concern, but I have yet to receive a call. I visited Express Care twice- once on 12/19 and once on 1/2. Waited 1 1/2 hour in waiting area and 1 1/2 in exam room and still waiting to see a doctor. Would have been better to wait where a tv was at least. This definitely is not express... maybe slow express
This wait was ridiculously long same time as an ER
