I was horrified to be told to check in on a kiosk! How does it make sense for all these sick people touching the same screen one by one. You'd think you would want to prevent the spear of germs. And it seems the new kiosk has made the employees rude and ignorant. I am so disappointed. Use to be a wonderful establishment, now I'm wanting to just go wait all day in the ER.
Kinda long wait but I suppose I'm not the only sick person. Excellent care & they got me an ENT appt in 2 days! Thank You!
This place has the most disrespectful P.A. and tech staff I have ever encountered. Zero bedside manner, zero people skills. I am mortified at how rude some people can be, especially toward a sick child. Shameful.
Came in sick with Bronchitis. Was here last week and have not got any better. Didn't have my credit card, just my checkbook. They don't take checks! Never been to a doctor where I couldn't write a check....I do it all the time at Patient First. Guess they get my business back.
