the last few times I been to the Randallstown location either they dont have xray or the Front desk ladies are Rude and ignorant. on the phone laughing loudly while checking in patients are so unprofessional. I wont come back to this location rather go to Owings Mills.

This urgent care will deny patient's the right to be seen if you present saying that you were in a car accident and do not have PIP coverage or do not have the PIP information despite the fact that you have health insurance. This has to be unlawful! How is this patient care? We talk about flooding our ER's with non-emergency situations but when patient's are denied care strictly for an organization's greed is horrible. Took my teen daughter there because she was having problems walking without experiencing pain in her hip area. Would have taken her to OSS walk-in but this was on a Sunday, late evening and everything else was closed. Before I got her out of the car, I walked in and explained to the receptionist what was going on with my daughter and asked if that is something they would be able to look at. Was told yes, so I grabbed a wheelchair and wheeled my daughter into their waiting area. Gave them all the necessary information they ne... read more
